Yoga teacher, women’s health coach, and writer. I believe mindfulness isn’t about perfection…it’s about noticing, breathing, and making small shifts that matter.

When I’m not teaching yoga or writing, you’ll find me camping with my husband, bonus boys and two dogs, reading in a sunny spot, or planning my next travel adventure.
